The Smart Caregiver Cordless Floor Mat and Monitor Fall Alarm Kit is designed to alert caregivers of an individual’s movement, by triggering an alarm when they step onto the mat. It is ideal for bedside and doorway mobility monitoring, which helps in reducing falls or wandering risks before they happen. Pressure applied to the mat triggers the alarm monitor to alert the caregiver. The Caregiver Key can then be used to turn off the alarm.

The monitor automatically lets a caregiver know if the signal between the cordless floor mat and monitor is lost, or if the monitor is out of range. It also features a TamperProof Setting, which allows caregivers to use the Caregiver Key to turn off the alarm, ensuring the patient cannot accidentally turn off.
